Questions, answered.
The stuff people usually ask before we start — scoping, timelines, support, and how everything fits together.
How do you scope a project before pricing?
We start with a survey or discovery call to confirm site conditions, risk profile, coverage zones, power availability, and integration points. That becomes a bill of materials plus a rollout plan.
Do you sell only hardware, or end-to-end delivery?
We deliver end-to-end: design, procurement guidance, installation, configuration, testing, and handover. If you already have hardware, we can integrate and optimize what you have.
What support options are available after deployment?
We offer monitoring, preventive maintenance, incident response, and scheduled optimization. Support coverage depends on your environment and uptime requirements.
How long does a typical deployment take?
Timelines depend on scope, site readiness, and procurement lead time. Small single-site deployments can be days; multi-branch rollouts are staged to reduce operational disruption.
Can the systems integrate (access, CCTV, power, network, software)?
Yes. We plan integrations during design: identity/access policies, surveillance retention, power autonomy targets, and network segmentation so systems work together and stay secure.
What do you need from us to get started?
Site/location details, the current pain points, any existing drawings or inventory lists, and who will own operations. That helps us propose the right sequence and deliverables.
