Smart Access, Room Management and Energy Control
Richinei Technologies delivered an integrated guest-room technology rollout at the Ayalla Hotels extension — combining smart door-lock access, intelligent room-management number plates, and energy switch automation into one coordinated deployment.
Hotel smart door locks and smart cards were installed for secure room access, including card binding and per-room configuration so every guest card is provisioned correctly.
Intelligent number plates manage the guest lifecycle — client check-in and check-out, cleanup notification signalling, and doorbell control — from the room door.
Energy switches were installed and configured for light switch controls, giving staff and guests reliable, managed control of in-room lighting.
